The Germany forward came up as a substitute to wrap up a 3-1 win against West Ham. A game in which Walcott bagged in two goals for the gunners. Lucas Podolski made an immediate impact after coming on as a substitute on boxing day. He assisted Theo walcott in a goal, after a beautiful cross from the left wing in which Walcott scored with a header. He (Podolski) also had his name in the score sheet
